If you require a castle with a sun shade/rain cover please mention this when making your booking, all castles are available for 24hour hire at no extra cost. We deliver between 8am-10am and we collect the same time the next morning. 24hour hire is only available for customers who have a rear garden and can guarantee its safety.
All customers will be required to fill out a disclaimer form on delivery of the castle. Once we leave your property you agree to take full responsibility for the castle and the children using it.
We have public liability insurance which covers users for accidents caused by malfunction of the castle or the castle air blower, however it is very rare that a malfunction happens.
Our castle variety changes weekly and we aim to meet customer requirements within reason.
We are a family run bouncy castle hire business. We work on giving our customers a simple choice.
